If appointments could be made in advance over the telephone, this would be very much appreciated, as it is becoming more and more difficult to book an appointment when really needed, due to work appointments etc.

The good is friendly reception staff, who are happy to help and give appropriate information. The doctors are fine also, no complain. Things I feel need to improve is the telephone consultation. Adults or children sometimes go to work or school while in pain doesn't mean we are fine. If the consultation is for advice, it is ok but for a complain better check in person. Thank you.
